REFLECTIONS RESULTS
The results from the District Reflections competition are back and Pine Lake had an outstanding year! Three of our twelve school finalists were chosen as district finalists and will move on to the state competition. Congratulations to the following students who are progressing to the state level:

There will be a district art walk that will be open to the public on Tues. Jan. 25th from 6:30-8:30 at Pacific Cascade Middle School. Congratulations to all of our students and good luck at the state level!

Next year's theme will be “Diversity Means…” so, start getting your ideas together for the 2011 competition in the fall.

The "Reflections Art Program" is a annual competition sponsored by the Issaquah School District. It is a district wide competition that feeds into a national competition. Our school will select 12 entries to represent Pine Lake Middle School at the District level (and maybe even the state or national level!) All students are encouraged to enter drawings, paintings, photos, literature, film, dance or music that represents this theme. There will be prizes for the finalists – $15 gift certificates for a store of your choice! The deadline for entry and submissions is Wed. November 10th, 2010.
